Item(s) must be returned within 5 business days of the delivery date.
Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and have the tags, cards, stickers...etc. with item(s).
Disclaimer
Our shirts, clothes and accessories are made with 100% cotton or with 100% polyester or a blend of both. We use HTV for some of our clothes and accessories. We also use sublimation ink for some of our designs. Be sure to check and see if you or anyone you're purchasing for (ESPECIALLY KIDS) are allergic to any of the material we design with or any of the clothes we design on. We are not responsible nor will we be held accountable for any allergic reactions that occurs from our products. For ALL underwear products, a slight imperfection or dead spots are possible. Some maybe NOTICEABLE some may not be. Every pair of underwear and every pair of socks are custom made. *Standard shipping: We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx. Priority shipping is 3-5 business days. This does not include weekends or Holidays. Shipping time does not include processing time. Please check address to ensure that all information is accurate.
Smart Fit,LLC is not responsible for lost, misplaced, delayed packages or misspelled addresses. Please list accurate apt number and or P.O. Box to ensure that your order is delivered within the time stated.
Please doubles check all information before submitting order. Once order is placed, no changes can be made or modified. NO EXCEPTIONS!
*Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 3pm will be shipped same business day. If placed after 3pm orders will be shipped the next business day. This DOES NOT INCLUDE ORDERS PLACED ON THE WEEKEND or MAJOR HOLIDAYS.

Smart Fit, LLC (Smartfit Clothes) are not responsible for any return packages that may become lost or stolen. Please keep your proof of postage and tracking number when shipping back to us.
